What characterizes the choice of ingredients in each recipe is that they all strictly come from local suppliers, so to assure in our biscuits the authentic flavour of the Marches. The pastry production maintains the policy of limited quantity in order to guarantee the same care and attention in the preparation of the products, which have made the Cintioli biscuits well known and appreciated.
